Hello, I am working through an outsourcing agency in a H.P Govt Department I have completed continous 05 years of service. I ask for my Gratuity so the agency replied that they will raise bill to Borrowing department if department release them payment then they will pay gratuity because gratuity was not included in the bid by the borrowing department. Where as department says agency will pay the gratuity. Kindly guide me is their any court judgement available with you for referance on thus subject | anreads Forums | anreads
