I filed ITR 3 for FY 2023-24. My income included from professional reported under section 44 ADA, interest, LTCG and pension. I paid entire tax before 15 March 2024. However at the time of filing ITR, charges under section 234C were levied. As a senior citizen, I understand that I was not required to pay penalty for not paying proportionate tax.
