I have a Query. one of my client, who is having 2 firms one in Telangana and One in AP, Both are Propreitory firms, with same PAN, can we transfer ITC available in AP's GSTN to the GSTN of Telangana, with out raising an invoice to discharge the liability in Telangana? Please help me solve this.
