Our former employee is demanding gratuity who was deployed by us on outsource in a govt.department. We have participated tender and stood L1 hence work was awarded for us but gratutity was not the part of financial bid. So at this stage when the tender is also awarded to some other company who is liable to pay gratuity to the worker contractor of Buyer department .
