Sir, I am looking valuable query, One of my client is registered as a composite dealer ( proprietorship Medical shop) in Telangana. He is paying monthly rent Of Rs. 5000/-. He is not paying RCM on rent since it is exempted. Now he started a Hospital in proprietorship and paying monthly rent of Rs. 100000/- for hospital. Hospital is not undertaking cosmetic surgeries.
