we as a outsourcing agency provided outsource manpower to a govt. department for 7 years. Now the outsourced employees are demanding Gratuity from us. While in service agreement that we signed with the buyer department it was agreed only to pay wages and benefits of EPF and ESI no other benefit was claimed from the department.
